Since 1997 Kapil has been
serving as the chief creative director, providing unique brand
identities, cutting edge international design work and managing brand
communication efforts for Scion's clients.
Kapil brings design and
communication experience in strategic brand development both in India
and abroad.
He has worked in O&M, Davidson Pearce London, Everest, MAA
Bozell and has put in stints in Australia.
An avid traveller and
follower of international design trends, Kapil brings aesthetics and an
international creative perspective to brand touch points – be it a logo
design, packaging or advertising. Kapil collaborates with
extensively with a number of world renowned award winning creative
designers in different genres; from stylized photographers in Frankfurt
Germany to animation specialists in Malaysia and New Zealand, to bring
in the most appropriate resources to strengthen the brand message.

Sangeeta Velegar has spent the past 17 years looking for interesting people to work with, and has always succeeded. It’s a career path that has led her to some of India’s best-known creative agencies, including O&M, Grey, JWT, and Dentsu. And a ten-month sabbatical when she attempted magazine writing, and the magazine in question folded.
Over the years, Sangeeta has worked in three different cities, for clients ranging from an industry body promoting gold to an eCRM company to a telecom giant supporting tiger conservation. er awards include Finalists at the New York Festivals; Golds at Bombay, Delhi, Bangalore, and Madras Ad Clubs; Golds at the Olive Crown Awards; a Bronze at the Effies; and a Finalist at the AME Awards. Her work has been featured in Luerzer’s Archive, The Inspiration Room, and Contagious Magazine. She has also received internal awards at Ogilvy, Grey, and Dentsu.
Sangeeta writes outside of advertising as well, and hopes to write the Great Indian Novel as soon as she finds a weekend when she isn’t working. She lives in Bangalore with her mother and the world’s worst dog, Smudge.

user-centered approach to problem solving. Of the many things that
distract her, typography is her favorite.

education, Reeja has spent close to seven years in the
industry and joined Scion as a
Sr. Graphic Designer. She is passionate about image editing,
photo manipulation, and lunch.

Mukund has over 20 years of experience in Finance
and responsible for financial, accounting and legal functions. He is
self motivated, and quite popular around the office, especially around
the first of the month.
